Design Loops (“we”, “us”) is a product of PS Digital Marketing, Tamil Nadu, India. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (and name/profile picture if you sign in with Google). Used only to sign you in and keep your free-minutes balance.
- Usage: how many minutes of audio you have processed.
- Audio: when you use Auto Captions, the audio of your video is sent to our speech-to-text and language providers (Sarvam AI, Groq) to produce the captions. We do not keep the audio after the request is processed, unless you choose to contribute it (see below).
Optional: helping us improve the captions
After you generate captions you can choose to tick “Help improve Tamil & Thanglish captions”. This is off by default and nothing is saved unless you tick it and press “Send my corrections”.
- What is saved: short audio clips from that video, the text the speech model produced, and the caption text as you corrected it.
- Why: only to evaluate and train better Tamil and Thanglish caption models for Design Loops.
- Who can see it: only PS Digital Marketing, in private storage. It is not sold, not published and not shared with advertisers.
- Withdrawing: use “Delete my contributed data” on the Auto Captions page and all your clips are removed. You can also email us.
Visit statistics
On our own domain (psdigitalmarketing.in) we use Google Analytics, the same Google tag as the PS Digital Marketing website, to count visits and which buttons are clicked. It does not receive your videos, audio, captions or email address. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, we do not load it.
What stays on your device
Your video files are never uploaded. Silence removal, caption styling and video export run inside your browser.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named above, and only to run the feature you asked for.
Where it is stored
Account and usage records are stored with Supabase. Hosting is provided by Vercel.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing shadowboy221b@gmail.com.
